Heather L. Bromley is a seasoned leader, entrepreneur, and HR professional with over 26 years of ministry experience. Her passion is helping others find freedom from emotional wounds, addiction, and rejection—walking alongside individuals as they step into healing and transformation through Christ.

In 2002, Heather co-founded a successful business with her sisters, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen. She later transitioned into full-time ministry, serving at a large, multi-campus, mega church where she led multiple ministries and oversaw human resources.

In 2015, inspired by Isaiah 43:1, Heather founded a discipleship home dedicated to helping individuals rebuild their lives through faith, accountability, and community. Her vision continues to impact lives by fostering environments where lasting transformation is possible.

Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Resources, graduating with honors. She currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at a nonprofit ministry, where she leads with wisdom, compassion, and a deep commitment to the people she serves.

Driven by faith and a desire to see lives transformed, Heather lives out her calling with integrity, resilience, and a heart for restoration.
